Police Department (Non-Emergency)

Possible squatters inside abandoned house located at 107 S. Austin. I have lived directly across from this house for the past 3 years. Recently we have noticed activity including the opening and destruction of the upstairs dormer windows. There is also a litter issue on the front porch and a broken curb that I will submit a separate submission for. Thank you for looking into this!
