Police Department (Non-Emergency)

Residents have large German Shepard on porch most days and for many hours during the day. Dog barks constantly and stands against the railing every time someone walks by. Porch is very close to sidewalk. Dog is very intimidating due size. I have seen people walking actually move to the other side of the street because of their concern. Dog is very threatening. This may be more of an issue for the SPCA but people walking by house shouldn’t be intimidated and be fearful. There isn’t a a type below that describes this issue.
