Third Saturday in a row both the Sidewalk AND driveway are being blocked totally by 2 giant SUV's. The one blocking the driveway is jutting out into Wyoming Avenue narrowing the entire path of egress for cars. Pedestrians with strollers, wagons, beach supplies cannot pass to proceed on the sidewalk toward the beach. They are forced to turn around and either walk all the way back to Ventnor Ave to cross Wyoming or to walk out into one of the busiest side streets in Ventnor risking a disaster. Is it going to take a major tragedy before these people comply with the laws and safety of pedestrians? 217-21 clearly states they are not allowed to block the driveway. This is relaxed when parking is limited in summer, but blocking the sidewalk and parked diagonally in front of the driveway jutting into the street needs to be addressed before someone (like grandchildren in a double stroller) gets killed.
