the field behind my property is owned by the town of Ventnor. After buying my house in October, I called public works twice for them to clear out the area behind my house. Nothing has been done. I would like to put up a new fence but the weeds, vines, poison ivy, and other things have grown out of control. What used to be a weed, is now a small tree. Which means this hasn't been clean for some years. Some of my neighbors have put in back gates so they keep it cleaned themselves. My other neighbor said they have been calling for years and nothing has been done. I took a photo of their back yard as well as mine. Their house is connected to mine. I sprayed the poison ivy twice. This is the best time of the year for it to be cleared out before the stuff starts growing back. To make it easier to clean it out, they are welcome to take the fence with it. Since the vines and other stuff are attached to my fence. Can you help?
