Police Department Sidewalk BLOCKED

There is a red Van blocking the sidewalk on SOUTH Wyoming Avenue forcing baby strollers and beach goers to step out into the street right before the Atlantic Ave intersection. My daughter and grandson nearly got killed with the exact same scenerio last August. This is extremely dangerous on one of the busiest egresses for police, fire, ambulance and more traffic. People should not be forced in to the street.
