Hi. When will Essex Court be re-paved? Essex Ct has weeds growing in parking lot cracks and constant standing water all around edges of curbs and car length behind in the lot (I weed parking lot in front of my unit and spray weed killer at least once a week. Weeds keep coming back!). Bershire was re-paved twice since 2012, Kingsley Dr, Canterbury and Hampshire all have been re-paved as well Publics works has advised Essex Ct is on list for past 6 years.
