Speeding on Atlantic Avenue

I love the new speed limit and bike lanes that were put on Atlantic Ave. However, some cars are still easily going 50 mph there, and many others are not respecting the speed limit at all. As such, I do not feel at all comfortable safely riding bikes with my kids in the great new bike lanes. Can speeding be better/regularly enforced here? Thanks!
