Large piles of dog waste in grass and often on sidewalk out front of the house from homeowners pit bull. They let it out without a leash and allow it to dedicate/never pick it up. It’s unsanitary and often filled with flies. Impossible to walk on sidewalk past house especially during Spring and Summer when the flies really come out. With the new emphasis on curbing, leashing and registering your pet I would love to see this Issue addressed. Wrong address applied with 1st request a few minutes ago. Not able to edit.
