Police Department (Non-Emergency)

This has been going on for 4 years now. No enforcement. Calls have been made, e-mails have been sent, see click fix, etc for 4 years, someone is going to get killed and for some reason it has been allowed to continue. The documentation is there. Please ticket these people before it is too late to save a life. It has gone on for years unenforced is only a matter of time before it becomes a tragedy on the news and in the paper. Strollers cannot pass by without going out into the street at a busy intersection with cars turning into the stroller's path all the time. 4 weeks in a row now this year alone. Neighbors have complained and it just falls on deaf ears. Please don't let the dead child end up being one of our grandsons.
