At the intersection of Dorset and Atlantic there are two road hazards. There is a rectangular utility access panel which continues to sink and is now a few inches below the road surface. There is also a pothole at a seam in the asphalt which is quickly enlarging. Both of these are dangerous for people on bicycles. Thank you.
