Since when is okay to put port o potty blocking the sidewalk as opposed to the owners property? Don’t you get tired of these entitled contractors(owners) who have no regard for others? Can you do something??? Tell them to move it !! By the way they broke up the sidewalk and makes it dangerous to walk on!!
