In front of the house, right on the street is a metal cap with a big hole in it that a child can get their hand or foot caught in, and you can trip and break your leg. The hole has been there all summer. It looks like it could be a cap for something that was broken. It's very dangerous. It's at Sacramento Ave and the beach.
