Landlord refuses to have heater fixed. Gas heater with a high temperature output thru the exhaust pipe. No heat in the house. 64% Pregnant woman and toddler living in home. Heat plate in heater needs to be replaced. Landlord needs to be cited. And repairs need to be completed immediately. Please help! Have requested landlord in writing to repair and he treats it as a joke.
