Public Works Issue

The sewer line on our street was fixed last year and several areas of the pavement were fixed. We now have an area of the pavement that seems to be sinking in. There is only stone and if you look under there is nothing holding up the pavement next to this stone. We need someone to ensure this is not a sink hole related to the sewer issues from last year. Can someone please come by and look into?
