Lot becoming dumping ground. Old tire now thrown on lot. Trash remains in back of lot. Grass/weeds need to be cut. Still construction debris stored on lot behind house. Unused lift cribbing stored. I don't understand why the city can't get the owner to at least clean up this lot on a regular basis.
