Code Enforcement - Playground Vandalized, unsafe for children

"Ventnor Firefighters Memorial Playground" has been vandalized and it's unsafe for children. There is a broken swing. Furthermore, the wooden slide construction is unsafe, because there are missing wooden boards, leading to fall hazard for small kids. My son fell through the hole from the missing boards and bruised his arm. Another child also fell and hit her head, right after him. Also, there are trash bags stored on the premises filled with what looks to be leaves and branches.
