Nuisances code #158-1..E-3. "Surface water is directed onto an adjacent property owner through roof drains or LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS." The new home at 6300 Calvert Ave. took away the berm (LANDSCAPE) that kept the bay water back. It was as high as their dock. The new (LANDSCAPING) that was put there is level with the sidewalk, about 18 inches lower. The bay flows down the street like a river. It now reaches the 400 block of Harvard Ave. It flows to the 6100 block of Calvert Ave. and down Cambridge Ave. It is damaging property (lawns, mulch, pavers, shrubs etc.) and we need help.
