House is infested with some sort of flying insect that appear to be some sort of bee, hornet, wasp or the like. Coming from exterior soffits especially in the back of house. House is vacant. Under renovation even though no work has been done on it for a month or two. This infestation has been an issue in the past. My neighbor is also complaining about the issue.
