This property is currently rented out. We don't know how it received a certificate of occupancy for tenants given its unsafe and dilapidated conditoins including: broken sidewalk/curbs, unsafe stairs/open railing, full of weeds, peeling paint, gutters hanging down. Neighbors think they were given a conditional CO and had to fix up the front. However, they didn't fix up the front and it has been rented out for over a year.
